2. PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Absolute Holidays accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods from customers worldwide, subject to verification and payment processor approval.
Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, you authorize Absolute Holidays and its authorized payment processors to charge the amount required for your reservation.
Multiple Charges
For operational and supplier-related reasons, your booking may be charged in one or more transactions that together equal the total purchase amount.
Pricing Changes Prior to Ticketing
Airfares, hotel rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, and supplier-imposed fees are subject to change until ticket issuance or supplier confirmation.
If pricing changes before your booking is finalized, you will be notified and given the option to:
- Accept the revised price; or
- Cancel the booking request without penalty.
No additional charges will be processed without your authorization.
3. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
All bookings remain subject to availability and supplier approval.
A reservation is considered confirmed only when:
- Payment has been successfully processed;
- A confirmation email has been issued; and
- Where applicable, a valid airline ticket number, hotel confirmation number, tour confirmation, or supplier-issued reservation number has been generated.
Receiving a booking request acknowledgment does not constitute confirmation.
Absolute Holidays is not responsible for reservations that remain unconfirmed due to supplier limitations, inventory changes, pricing updates, or technical issues.
4. FRAUD PREVENTION AND PAYMENT VERIFICATION
To protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, Absolute Holidays employs fraud prevention and payment verification procedures.
You may be required to provide:
- Government-issued identification;
- Proof of billing address;
- Credit card authorization forms;
- Additional supporting documentation.
A temporary authorization hold may appear on your account for verification purposes. These temporary authorizations are not purchases and are normally released by your financial institution.
Absolute Holidays reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any reservation if fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment use, suspicious activity, or verification failure is suspected.
5. DISCLOSURE OF PAYMENT INFORMATION
By making a booking through Absolute Holidays, you authorize us to share relevant booking and payment information with:
- Airlines;
- Hotels;
- Tour operators;
- Car rental suppliers;
- Payment processors;
- Financial institutions; and
- Other travel service providers
solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your reservation.
All information is handled in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
6. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Airline Reservations
- Airline tickets are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to airline fare rules.
- Airline policies may change without notice.
- Ticket issuance is required before travel.
- Name corrections or changes are subject to airline approval and may incur additional charges.
- Seat assignments, meal requests, and special accommodations are requests only and cannot be guaranteed.
- Additional airline fees, including baggage fees, seat selection fees, and onboard services, remain the traveler's responsibility unless expressly included.
Hotel Reservations
Hotel bookings are subject to individual hotel cancellation, modification, occupancy, and check-in requirements.
Tour and Activity Reservations
Tours and activities may have separate supplier-imposed cancellation, refund, and participation policies.
7. AGE REQUIREMENTS
Travelers under the age of 18 may be subject to additional travel requirements imposed by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, destinations, or governmental authorities.
Age classifications and pricing are determined by the applicable supplier.
8. SYSTEM ERRORS AND PRICING ERRORS
Despite our best efforts, technical, supplier, or system-related errors may occasionally result in incorrect pricing or availability displays.
Absolute Holidays reserves the right to:
- Correct pricing errors;
- Cancel reservations affected by such errors; and
- Offer customers the option to proceed at the corrected price.
If a reservation is canceled due to a verified pricing error, any payment collected will be refunded to the original payment method.
9. RIGHT TO CANCEL BOOKINGS
Absolute Holidays reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any reservation if:
- Full payment is not received;
- Fraud is suspected;
- Verification requirements are not satisfied;
- Supplier inventory becomes unavailable;
- Government regulations prohibit travel; or
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect the reservation.
Supplier-initiated cancellations remain governed by the supplier's terms and conditions.
10. TAXES, SERVICE FEES, AND OTHER CHARGES
Your total trip cost may include:
- Airfare;
- Hotel charges;
- Taxes;
- Government fees;
- Supplier fees;
- Service fees; and
- Processing charges.
Service Fees
Certain bookings may include service, booking, exchange, cancellation, or administrative fees.
Unless otherwise required by law, service fees are non-refundable.
Foreign Transaction Fees
Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may assess foreign transaction or currency conversion fees. Such fees are solely the customer's responsibility.
11. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
General Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer support team.
Refund eligibility depends entirely upon:
- Airline fare rules;
- Hotel policies;
- Supplier restrictions;
- Applicable travel product terms.
Non-Refundable Reservations
Many discounted, promotional, restricted, and special-fare reservations are non-refundable.
Refund Processing

- Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing may require 60 to 90 days depending upon supplier processing timelines and banking procedures.
No-Show Reservations
Failure to travel or utilize booked services without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the entire booking value.
12. EXCHANGES AND FUTURE TRAVEL CREDITS
Certain airlines and suppliers permit:
- Ticket exchanges;
- Date changes;
- Travel credits;
- Future travel vouchers.
All exchanges remain subject to:
- Supplier rules;
- Fare differences;
- Change fees;
- Airline penalties;
- Availability restrictions.
Travel credits and vouchers are governed by the issuing supplier's terms and expiration dates.
13. BILLING DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If you believe an error has occurred, please contact Absolute Holidays before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws, card network rules, or federal regulations.
14. TSA SECURE FLIGHT PROGRAM
For travel involving the United States, airlines may be required to provide passenger information to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
Required information may include:
- Full legal name;
- Date of birth;
- Gender;
- Redress Number (if applicable);
- Other information required by law.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in:
- Delayed screening;
- Additional security procedures;
- Denial of boarding.
Passengers should ensure their booking information exactly matches their government-issued travel documents.

15. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT
By providing your email address, phone number, or WhatsApp contact information, you consent to receive communications regarding:
- Booking confirmations;
- Reservation updates;
- Schedule changes;
- Customer service inquiries;
- Payment processing notifications.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's policies.
16. SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER
Absolute Holidays acts solely as an independent travel agency and intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers.
We do not own, control, manage, or operate airlines, hotels, transportation providers, cruise lines, tour operators, vacation package providers, or other travel suppliers.
Accordingly, Absolute Holidays shall not be liable for:
- Supplier bankruptcy;
- Flight delays or cancellations;
- Schedule changes;
- Overbookings;
- Service interruptions;
- Lost baggage;
- Personal injury;
- Property damage;
- Supplier negligence;
- Acts or omissions of third-party providers.
All travel services remain subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the applicable supplier.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
Absolute Holidays shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, disruption, loss, injury, or expense resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters;
- Severe weather;
- Hurricanes;
- Floods;
- Earthquakes;
- Pandemics;
- Government actions;
- Travel restrictions;
- Labor disputes;
- Civil unrest;
- Terrorism;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Utility failures;
- Cybersecurity incidents.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absolute Holidays' liability for any claim arising from a booking shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Absolute Holidays for the affected reservation.
Under no circumstances shall Absolute Holidays be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
20. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing a booking, submitting payment, or using any service offered by Absolute Holidays, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
